While training for deployment to Vietnam in August 1968 a strange event took place at Ft. Benning Georgia. My ranger company was called to alert status because contact with restricted munitions depot at about 1 mile distance from our compound was lost. Three dull yellow glowing orbs were observed over restricted depot area about 2000 feet in the air.We went in combat mode to depot. Orbs ascended vertically out of sight.depot troops were asleep on floor.security gates breached.Official secrets act invoked.I can say no more.--old ranger.

Sunday, March 1st, I was having a smoke out my office window (facing north) and noticed something pretty unusual. There are often high-flying jets in view from the office as it is a standard air traffic area from the Minneapolis airport. I even see a couple military helicopters from time to time going to or from a military base just NW of my town of Monticello. You can always tell when the jets are going overhead due to the slight rumble in the background and the flickering lights going around on the wings, not to mention the red and blue lights on the wings as well.

What I saw was NOT a standard jet, helicopter or prop plane. As I was looking out the window, the first thing I noticed was a low pitched alternating frequency (like a jet, but mixed with a sound like a washing machine would make when the spin cycle starts up). When I looked up, I saw what at first looked like a jet, but none I'd ever seen before. It was flying NW (toward North Dakota) and was just past my house. It had three constant red lights either on the bottom or back of the vehicle and had a very bright strobe-like light above each of the red lights. The strobes really caught me off guard. They were VERY bright and flashed in succession from left to right, one at a time, and in sync with the alternating sound I heard. These lights were not like standard jet lights at all. They were at least 5 times bigger and brighter than any jet I've seen. At first I thought It could be a jet and was flying very low. If I had held a ruler out the window, the object would have measured about an inch... whereas the jets I see would be less than a quarter inch. To my surprise, as the object continued on it's course, it flew above some very high sirus clouds being backlit by the moon (which was at about at the 8 o'clock position in the western sky). This object was very high up, and thus a log bigger than I first assumed.

Just thought I would throw this out there and see if anyone has seen anything similar to it.

This is something that has stuck in my head since I was 10 years old in the outside area of Rifle Colorado. It was bedtime around 9pm I sleep in the Attic with about 5 other kids what was strange I was the only one that was awaken from the sound. I set up out of a dead sleep there was a bright light over Havey gap a water source, I thought to myself there must be a fire and they are getting water for it. I layed back down and went to sleep. I woke up sitting up in the bed looking out the window I could hear the sound so loud and see craft. I can still see that craft it was about 50 feet it that hovering over the house it was so large that I could only see a 1/4 of it. I set there and watched it go straght up and disapper. I was not scared in anyway. but have you ever heard of anything in Colorado in the 1970, 1975 to be exsact. I am 43 years old now. But I have always wanted to know if it was something more. Back around 1978 to 1979 my then boyfriend and I were parked in back of a grade school in Bothell Wash. around 9:30 - 10:00 in the evening and for once we were only talking about whatever was going on @ the time. Off in the distance there apeared an intensely BRIGHT LIGHT comming from the southern direction that shown upon us for what seemed aprox. 10 min. this light was airborne. The evening was quite warm and so the windows were rolled down. Neither myself or my boyfriend could hear any sound comming toward us. Now @ the time we were confused as to why there was a "plane" that had such a high intensity head light as it were. As the object neared we could see that it indeed had a strange shape, not a normal body with wings as is common for a plane. It still was silent. Now we had thought that somehow we had missed the sound as it was approaching us. Another thing that was indeed strange it moved VERY SLOWLY and was SILENT AS IT PASSED OVERHEAD. Now we both got out of the car @ this time and looked up and the object was a PERFECT SOLID TRIANGLE with lights on all three corners and in the very middle. Now as I have been VERY CLOSE to planes as members of my family and misc. older friends worked @ boeing this thing was NO airplane that either of us had EVER SEEN. Later we checked into it being a spy plane of some type of the USA and it was not that either. This has stayed with me for years and as the content of the US Military airplane (s) have come to light this thing that I had seen all those years ago I can tell you was NOT anything that I have ever seen, EVER. It was the strangest thing. The other weird thing is that the objects light was targeted upon us until it was aprox. 200' from us and then the light was refocused up ahead. Missing time is not an issue here but I NOW see flashes of things to come ( ya I know ... sounds far fetched ) and when I close my eyes, day or night, I see smack in the middle an object that resembles the end of a FAT cigar that has three rings that rotate in different directions EXAMPLE: middle rotates left next level rotates right and the outside rotates left. After this appears I can see flashes of faces and things. Most of my dreams I remember in great detail, and all I can say folks is " we be in trouble" but alas I can't say things to the general public as they wouldn't believe me. SO TAKE THIS AS YOU WILL. AND HAVE AN AWESOME DAY. :)

Public forgiveness extended to James E. Manner, Area 51 employee who almost endangered our lives in 2001

This is to extend my personal, as well as public full forgiveness to James Manor, resident of Panaca, Nevada, who was a former Lincoln County Commissioner and Area 51 employee who almost endangered our lives by seemingly attempting to run over us with his speeding truck as he was on his way to work at the facility on June 3, 2001. It has been over 7 years already after that incident which we will never forget. However, my forgiveness to his actions has long been overdue.
From my understanding and from public records, if I am not mistaken, James Manor is also the president of NEVADA TECHNICAL SERVICES

Because of this frightening experience in 2001, I am certain that there will never be another similar incident on Groom Lake Rd.

Federal authorities fined a former Lincoln County Commissioner for creating a hazard in connection with a citizens rally staged this month near an entrance to the top-secret facility known as Area 51.

James E. Manner, 59, of Panaca -- who served two years on the Lincoln County Commission before moving from Alamo in 1999 -- is also being investigated by Sheriff Dahl Bradfield. Bradfield is probing more serious allegations that Manner tried to run over some 20 demonstrators from a group that had gathered June 3 on Groom Lake Road, 90 miles north of Las Vegas.

"We're still looking into it", Bradfield said Thursday, about a criminal complaint filed by two of the demonstrators, Anthony Hilder, of Los Angeles and Ted Gunderson of Las Vegas.

In a telephone interview, Manner said he paid a $100 fine for a citation issued by a Bureau of Land Management law enforcement ranger for driving his truck through a crowd of demonstrators at the so-called "People's Rally", organized by Norio Hayakawa.

Hayakawa, of Los Angeles, said the rally was staged to protest the government's lack of openness about the classified facility the Air Force describes only as "an operating location near Groom dry lake".

Manner said the group was spread across the dusty road as he was heading toward the area where he works as a classified government contractor.
"I can't confirm what I do", he said.

"I was traveling the road like I've done thousands of times for many, many years. I come down this tight curve and there was all these curious people standing in the road", he said.

"I sped up a little bit when I saw them. They were upset that I didn't immediately brake", Manner said. "I deeply apologize. I didn't intend to create a hazard".

He said he paid the BLM fine by mail to the federal magistrate's violation bureau in Atlanta, because "I wanted to keep this low-key and didn't want to appear in court".

Manner said he has "no hard feelings against these people. They can use public lands as well as me".

A crowd of 55 participated in the rally in a remote area of Lincoln County. About 20 of them were actually in the road, Hayakawa said. No one was hurt, authorities said.

From my understanding at that time, James Manner was also a computer specialist and was an instructor in the town of Alamo, besides being a County Commissioner and also being an employee at Area 51.
I am not certain if he is still an employee at Area 51, but from my understanding and from public records available today, if I am not mistaken, he is also the president, as I stated above, of NEVADA TECHNICAL SERVICES

At that time, in 2001, I was quite immature and was simply basing and judging everything on emotionalism, not really realizing that Mr. Manner, just like everyone else, had a right to work and earn a decent living. On that day he was simply reporting to work at the base. He could have been undertaking an important work at the base, for our national defense. It was our fault for being in the middle of the Groom Lake Rd., although he should have slowed his vehicle down when he saw our presence on the road. I would also like to offer my apology at this time to Mr. Manner for making rash judgments concerning the incident.

I just returned from Montreal having presented in a UN affiliated international conference about my 50 personal years of contact with Star People. Bravo, Edgar Mitchell! in the Earth and undersea. My podium is on a Technological Conversion and experiencer rights and supports that must occur as a prerequisite to our joining an interstellar society. The key to making TC work properly
and universally is to integrate defense and security forces from around a given planet on Forest Recovery/Enhancement (A global Forest Garden Program) and Crops to End World Hunger. Trillions in monetary units
can then flow to Technological Conversion to subsidize the likes of Zero Point Energy, Medical Cures, Advanced Materials, Advanced Individualized Wireless Education, Energy and Forest Savvy Dome Homes that resist weather and rot, etc.: To make technology serve rather than to be served.

The recently discovered rocky Earth sized planet Gliese 581 C has an even more temperate climate than us with temperatures ranging between the maximums: 32°f and 100°f. Ours is -150°f to 135°f. This is a profound
indicator that the forests on Gliese 581 C are very well managed and abundant—like a gigantic manicured yet natural forest landscape. Now this role model example is looking at us from a mere 20 ly. With traversable wormhole/space folding technology (which doesn’t require the power of a star to run), that is a next door neighbor. And the colonies
based here of course are right on top of us and our mess. But tie up the capacity to war in a mutual mission and move into technological conversion and acknowledge the rights of ambassadors of contact (who are not helpless lab rats), and help will come from family and friends who are interested in universal peace and security.

There has been for a very long time, a native tyrannical effort not only to deny but to besmear contact and integration. The idea was to keep up a curtain of interstellar isolationism so that an advanced and advantageous interstellar society and its sleek and free technology cannot interrupt local conquest, control, markets and taxes based on bulk, waste and hostility. But as we awaken, do the right things and ask them as a majority of global peoples, then our admission is certain. Here is a final note that makes some of us on Earth very special: we overcame every obstacle and did what was right and kind without the aid of ultra advanced technology. And that makes some of us very praiseworthy
and trustworthy over much. Star People most assuredly recognize this amazing peculiarity and light with great respect. Let me tell you though, it became hard for them when looking down on the industrial Midwest lakes region and other areas such as Hiroshima, Chernobyl and Iraq. I actually interceded and advocated recently for man stating that it is not their fault. Their minds had been taken captive by native tyrants and their misuse of global media. And I requested Council intervention. The answer from the head of the Council was: “We will comply”!

Why was that the answer and not something like: “We will take the matter under advisement”? Because, one: The Council knew I would advocate for man and against their native tyrants and that I would request intervention. So the answer came simple and easy. But there is more. The compliance part has to do with my election in paradise which is the highest ranking of all. There, you see what should and must be strived for as the ultimate goal and can coordinate a master plan to achieve it for the benefit of all that lives. This is opposed to going by fragments of truth and vain tradition. This particular spiritual election has given me great respect and authority in the interstellar society and council.
And because of this and my defense of the peoples and environment, they have promised to intercede starting with turning back the mass mental control and damage while we launch a strong experiencer rights and supports movement (to turn stigma into great respect and opportunities). These “experiencers” or ambassadors of contact bear great gifts and changes. They are not marginal fringe types. The fringe lunatics are the warmongers and the greedy wearing stars and black tie.
But a member of an interstellar society is of mainstream central importance. This got turned around by tyrants who would
commit a contactee, poison them medicinally and mistreat them in poor institutional conditions being sure they suffer abuse
and shock treatments followed by even more “medication” and then make examples of them as representatives of the Contactee community in the media… Most shameful. We also have some of the worst gutter slime in creation as well. So, again, experiencer rights and supports are essential alongside the Technological Conversion piece.

I saw the interesting photos of the so-called "Statue of Liberty" object over a telephone pole. What is unusual is that various striking UFO reports happened on special holidays--such as July 4, 1947, near Boise, Idaho, and the reported UFO Crash near Roswell, New Mexico, July 4, 1947, and other sightings over the United States of America.

According to MUFON UFO JOURNAL, there were about 357 UFO sightings over America in May 2008 with 314 in the United States. Thus, the UFOs seem to have a great interest in the founding of America and it gradual evolvement for over 232 years starting on July 4, 1776. Thus, the Statue of Liberty UFO design might be related in some way to the nation of America and to its unique founding, emphasis on liberty and independence, e pluribus unum, pyramid design on one-dollar bill, American eagle, etc.

On June 1, 2008, the Los Angeles Times published a frontpage article called "E.T.'s new phone operator" concerning the 42 telescope dishes near Mount Shasta, California, that listen for intelligent signals from space. The Hat Creek facility is operated by the SETI Institute and UC Berkeley. At the facility, Dr. Frank Drake (who started his search in 1960) created the landmark Drake Equation or set of mathematical assumptions about advanced extraterrestrial civilizations. Dr. Drake's solution suggested that there could be ten thousand alien civilizations in a galaxy of 100 billion stars. Such reasoning shows that there could not only be intelligent alien civilizations but also intelligent design. Indeed, sightings and photos of the UFOs taken from around the world and over the past 60 or more years exhibit intelligent designs. The 19th century Mormon prophet Joseph Smith wrote that "the glory of God is intelligence." In his personal and published history, Joseph said that in the early spring of 1820 near Palmyra, New York, he saw a brilliant white object in the clear blue sky that descended down and illuminated the branches of surrounding trees and then landed on the ground and two brilliant personages spoke to him in English and said they were of the Lord God and had messages meant for young 14-year-old Joseph. In our day, some 13 million Mormons around the world believe that young Joseph saw the brilliant and heavenly object that landed on the ground and left advanced information and directions with Joseph Smith. In 1830, Joseph published the Book of Mormon and published later related articles describing his 1820-1827 extraordinary experiences and the buried and ancient gold plates that he translated from the "reformed Egyptian" language into modern English.

published in Salt Lake City, Utah, called THE ORSON PRATT JOURNALS, Elden J. Watson described how 14-year-old Joseph Smith went into a wooded grove to pray near Palmyra, New York,in the early spring of 1820. Orson Pratt,a close associate of Smith, said young Smith looked up into the clear blue sky and saw a brilliant white object that descended slowly thru the sky and illuminated the tree branches and then landed on the ground. Two brilliant personages appeared and said they were of the Lord and had a divine message for Joseph. On each September 21-22 from 1823 to 1827, another divine messenger named Moroni came down in a tube of white light to visit Smith to reveal new knowledge and went up the same way in a tube of white light. The messenger told Joseph about a book of engraved metal plates concerning the inhabitants of
ancient America who had kept engraved records of their civilization in the Old World and the New World. The last survivor, who was named Moroni, buried the plates within a hill with such artifacts as the Liahona and Urim and Thummim.
Joseph and his wife Emma said and wrote that they recovered the book of buried plates
on September 21-22, 1827, and with the aid of an optical instrument buried with the plates called the Urim and Thummim translated the ancient "reformed Egyptian" language into English and then published the ancient record as THE BOOK OF MORMON in 1830. The gold plates told about an ancient group under Lehi who left Old Jerusalem circa 600 B.C. and migrated along the Red Sea shore to modern Arabia and modern-day Oman and built a ship. With another optical instrument revealed to them called the Liahona that guided the group and over a period of eight years, they sailed the Pacific Ocean to the area of western Central America. After a period of battles, the last survivor named Moroni buried the book of engraved plates in a hill, and these were the same gold plates recovered by Joseph and Emma Smith on Hill Cumorah near Palmyra, New York, on September 21-22, 1827. Besides Joseph, eleven other witnesses said they saw and examined the book of metal plates. Only one-third of the book of plates were translated by Joseph Smith and his scribes and the sealed section was returned to the heavenly visitor to be revealed anew in the future and in the due time of the Lord.
