Modern inventors have invented gadgets that create a sudden fog so that people are invisible to others. Perhaps this could explain why witnesses say the UFOs appear and then suddenly disappear. (1) The UFOs might use the Infrared spectrum that humans do not have (altho some animals do have). Ordinary humans with ordinary eyesight would see the UFO that would suddenly disappear by shifting back and forth from the Infrared to human eyesight spectrums. The UFO would be there in space but would be invisible. (2) UFOs might creat a cloud or fog so as to be invisible even tho there in space.

In the Bible, two men in white (angels) told the apostles that Jesus Christ would come back down to earth the same way He went up or being lifted up into space. This was after He arose from the dead and appeared to witnesses. The celebrated Star of Bethelehm (St. Matthew 2:9) led the wise men from the east to Jerusalem where the star made a sharp 90-degree turn to the south so as to hover over Bethlehm some four miles distant. This could have been an intelligent UFO. Angels told Joseph that his wife Mary had a virgin birth through the Holy Spirit. This could explain why biblical passages describe Christ walking thru solid walls, walking on water, raising the dead, reading human minds, foretelling the future, healing the sick, etc. In the Bible, Christ said He was not of this world and that His Father the Lord God was in heaven or space.

In one of his published books, Medical Dr. Karl Jung said that while in his room he suddenly saw the figure of Jesus Christ. Then the figure disappeared. The figure might have shifted from the Infrared spectrum to human eyesight spectrum so as to be visible and then invisible so that it was there in space. In a sense, the figure was alive and existed in space and could be seen and then not seen. Christ is to return in the clouds to our world during a time of great tribulation (St. Matthew 24). This would be over 2,000 years after He lived on our world and grew up in ancient lands. People are asked to be alert and to watch and be ready and to not run back indoors but to run to housetops and mountain tops so as to be saved. The huge UFOs (one mile wide UFO over Phoenix, Arizona, March 13, 1997) might lift up masses of people so as to be saved. All eyes would see Christ coming in a red color (the Infrared is red) so that His heavenly entourage of hosts of heaven and fiery chariots might encircle our world in orbits just like space satellites so as to be seen by all eyes around the world.
