'UFO Hunters' to descend on city
Gulf Breeze is about to be "visited" again.
The History Channel's 'UFO Hunters' program plans to visit Gulf Breeze within the next month to film a show about the UFO phenomenon that swept the area and thrust the city into the national spotlight in the late 1980s.
Producer Johnathan Walton confirmed that development in a phone conversation with 'Gulf Breeze News' last Friday.
'UFO Hunters' follows the team of Bill Birnes, Dr. Ted Acworth and Pat Uskert as they investigate UFO cases around the world. The team's access to UFO evidence is unparalleled, and their expertise allows them to quickly identify bogus claims of UFOs. Together, they use eyewitness accounts, scientific experimentation, documents recently released through the Freedom of Information Act and footage that has never been seen on television to piece together compelling - and sometimes chilling - evidence of UFO phenomena.

I look forward to UFO Hunters going to Gulf Breeze and investigating!
The mainstream press and many people in UFology dismissed the Gulf Breeze sightings as something Ed Walters made up when the ufo model was found -which I think may have been a plant to discredit him.
So many other people were witnesses and took photos of ufos in the area, not just Walters. And that's rarely mentioned.
