Conference and Public Forum to be held in Dulce, New Mexico on March 29, 2009

DULCE, NEW MEXICO – Eye witnesses, law enforcement officers, paranormal investigators and local residents will all meet at a conference in Dulce, New Mexico on March 29 to discuss long-standing rumors of a secret, underground U.S. government biological laboratory and base in the area. Norio Hayakawa, a retired funeral director and former director of a civilian intelligence network, is hosting the conference at the Best Western Jicarilla Inn in Dulce. His intent is to prove that these rumors may have prosaic explanations.
However, he asserts that some of these prosaic explanations may be disturbing, if true, and if revealed to the public.

According to Hayakawa, stories began to circulate in the mid-1970s when area residents witnessed "strange lights in the sky" and when ranchers reported mysterious cattle mutilations and frequent sightings of military helicopters. The rumors intensified in 1980 when Paul Bennewitz, who was then the president of Thunder Scientific Labs adjacent to Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, reported his experiences with what he described as "alien entities". Bennewitz claimed that these entities were controlling humans through electromagnetic devices, that their triangular craft crashed near Dulce, that some strange aerial objects were regularly flying near Kirtland, the nearby Manzano Nuclear Weapons Storage Facility and Coyote Canyon Test Area, and that they were transmitting signals to him from a base under Archuleta Mesa, adjacent to Dulce.

On January 22nd I had a major operation. They opened a 13 centimer section of my spinal cord and removed a tumour. The doctors say they have never, in thousands of operations, ever seen a tumour like it.

It looks like a salamander and has clearly defined eyes and a tail. I took a picture of it with my cell phone camera.

THE Queen and Prince Philip were gripped by the mystery of crop circles, it was revealed yesterday.

Letters seen by The Sun showed the couple asked to be kept informed about the weird farmland patterns.

Her Maj also asked an aide to send a sympathetic letter to Britain’s leading expert whose research was under threat.

And Philip was so intrigued he had newsletters on the circles — thought by many to be created by extraterrestrial beings — sent to Buckingham Palace.

They were published by researcher Colin Andrews, 61, an ex-local government engineer.

M. Night Shyamalan famously filmed his 2002 alien invasion flick Signs in Bucks County -- and tomorrow, UFO enthusisasts will flock there, a location they say is increasingly becoming a hotspot for odd aerial phenomena.

Last year, the county had over 100 sightings, more than the entire state did the year before, said John Ventre, director of the Pennsylvania Mutual UFO Network and one of the organizers of the conference.

Overall, 312 reports were filed in Pennsylvania - 225 in the second half of the year, he said.

So far, Ventre said his group, which has 133 members and 21 investigators, has been able to find explanations for about 20 percent of the cases as hoaxes or sightings of identifiable aircraft, satellites or planets.

Of course, that doesn't mean the remaining 80 percent involve alien spacecraft.

Alternative explanations include everything from optical illusions to weird weather phenomena, from experimental military aircraft to contraptions launched by pranksters.

Extra-terrestrials, though, are on the agenda at the conference, scheduled for noon to 5 pm at the Newtown campus of Bucks County Community College.

Besides Ventre and Bill Birnes of the History Channel's UFO Hunters, one of the main speakers will be Temple University professor David Jacobs, author of UFOs and Abductions and The Threat: Revealing the Secret Alien Agenda.

I wanted to bring your attention to a video I saw on youtube, where Vladimir Zhirinovsky, Vice speaker of lower chamber of Russian Parliament, was speaking while intoxicated. During the course of his rant against the USA and George Bush he lets slip what appears to be a HARP type technology that can change the magnetic feild of the Earth and how he was threatening to use it agaist the US.
